This property can be purchased separately from the main property if desired, although I will negotiate better if both are bought together.

The barn has received approval to be renovated, although any new owner buying it would have to reapply, but it shows that the relevant authorities are happy for it to be restored. I am also happy to give the new owner the paperwork and plans already completed to show what will be passed by the authorities. The new owner could either copy the existing plans or use them as a foundation to do whatever they feel.
