Selling my Property in France

My property in Loire Valley of France has been on the market for a couple of months now. I listed it with a local agent, but they haven't been much use at all. I then discovered another agent not far away who markets French properties in a different way. He is part of a group of agents who advertise on high profile French property websites.

So far, although I am yet to have a visit, there have been many enquirers from people all over the world. From countries such as the US? Australia, and of course dear old Blighty.

And this is the reason why there have been no physical visits as yet, because the people interested will have to fly over and make plans to view other properties to make it worthwhile for them.

So I live in hope. My property Loire Valley is well priced and I anticipate an offer in due course, after all with over 1650m² of land, a main property and a barn to restore and all in the beautiful Loire Valley, a beautiful lifestyle awaits.

The barn for sale in France can be bought separately from the main property if desired.

Barn for Sale in France

Also included in the sale is this barn for sale in France. It is just across the road from the main property, but its associated land (over 1000m²) is right next to the main property. This property can be purchased separately from the main property if desired, although I will negotiate better if both are bought together.

The barn has received approval to be renovated, although any new owner buying it would have to reapply, but it shows that the relevant authorities are happy for it to be restored. I am also happy to give the new owner the paperwork and plans already completed to show what will be passed by the authorities. The new owner could either copy the existing plans or use them as a foundation to do whatever they feel.

The two properties together form a good solid basis for a great lifestyle. With them bought together, you have a good property to move into instantly which will enable you to live and enjoy the lifestyle, and you also have room for expansion within that main property, but you can also hop across the road and begin restoring this old barn (which was once inhabited) and once complete, could be sold on or rented out for income.

These two properties offer excellent flexibility and will enable you to start your life in France and the Loire Valley as smoothly and easily as you like.

Property For Sale in the Loire Valley

In the heart of France, lies this little French stone cottage property for sale in the Loire Valley. It is a charming and unique property and quite different from many other properties. It is a simple two up, two down configuration with half meter thick stone walls and is set within a warm and friendly French village.

The property has been modernised and is ready to move into. It features stunning views from the rear that really make you feel as if you are in a rural location, while to the front of the house, you have the feeling of being within the village.

It is currently configured as a one bedroom, two living room, but can easily be turned into a two bedroom property. It also features a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, integrated fridge and a beautiful oven that matches the decor. There are one and a half bathrooms, a small walk in robes and a separate laundry area just off the kitchen.

Externally, there is a good size shed with concrete base, a two car garage, cellar, patio, under cover area, nice size garden and an office too.

To round the property off, there is a barn to convert and over 1000m² of land which looks over the spectacular views of the valley beyond.

All this is included to make this an excellent opportunity to own a comfortable property Loire Valley which can be further expanded or left to enjoy as is as you explore the exciting and enchanting Loire Valley.
