Property Loire Valley Latest News

Am getting a bit frustrated to say the least. I’m trying to cover all bases regarding my properties for sale. I have an agent in Valencay, an English agent near Chabris who advertises it internationally and I am trying to get one on board from St Aignan.

It is so difficult selling from another country though, and nobody seems to be doing anything or giving me any feedback. It’s almost like out of sight out of mind. I think I need to start being a pain in the neck to them more, get them acting.

I’ve reduced the price for both to 94k including agents fees and see how that goes. It really is a bargain for this price as I am already losing money on it as I have put in more than what I am asking for it. But I fully expected to be living there for many years, but circumstances dictated otherwise. Divorce is never easy… 

I recently had some interest from a couple based in the UAE, have yet to hear back. They're looking for an investment property, of which this is ideal. So will have to watch this space I guess.
